Shipping and Returns

• All orders are shipped from Hartwell, Georgia. You should receive your order within 7-12 days.

Your complete satisfaction is our first goal. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can receive a full product refund (price of the product and any sales tax paid) if you return them within 30 days of the receipt of the item(s). There is no need to ask for prior authorization. Simply write your order number on the outside of the box, insert a copy of your order or packing slip inside the package, and we will process your credit within 10 days of receipt. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer so a shipping method with tracking is suggested.
